Private Pilates Sessions
Private Sessions are ideal for beginners, those looking for more individualized instruction, or if you are rehabbing from an injury or surgery. Private sessions are tailored to suit your specific goals and needs – utilizing the Pilates method. This allows a unique and entire body experience of discovery and awareness, while strengthening, toning & increasing flexibility through incorporated stretching.
